Job Description
To lead the execution of organizational design, workforce planning and rewards activities for TAQA Generation, ensuring alignment with TAQA Group frameworks and governance. The role provides analysis, modelling and implementation support to enable effective organizational structures, workforce decisions and reward outcomes across Generation assets.
The position works closely with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions and insights, while maintaining consistency and quality across deliverables.
