About the Job
As a leader at a Xiaomi store/shop, you’ll be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer experiences while managing daily operations and inventory.

What We’re Looking For
- An experienced professional with a background in retail or a related industry, having held roles such as Store Manager, Store Leader, Store Supervisor, Operation Manager
