Lead Scientist, Profiling Assays & Drug Discovery - Basel

Stiftung Weizenkorn is seeking a Principal Scientist I/II to join our LIDO team in Basel, CH. This role involves developing and implementing cellular and biochemical profiling assays to advance drug discovery initiatives. You will mentor associates and enhance lab processes while working collaboratively with global teams.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD in Biology or a related field with extensive assay development experience. You must be detail-oriented, effective in communication, and have strong organizational skills.
