Position SummaryThe Lead Fire Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of service operations within a fast-paced fire protection environment, ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance and reactive works across a diverse client base.
This role acts as the key point of contact between field staff, clients and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of workflows, escalations and service delivery outcomes. While not directly managing staff, the position provides direction to the scheduling function to ensure optimal technician allocation and operational efficiency.
