Lead Sleep Technologist-BI-Union Square - 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

**Job Description**

The Lead Sleep Technologist works under the general supervision of the medical director or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders including in center and out of center sleep testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, comprehensive patient care and direct patient education. This individual can perform the duties defined for a sleep technologist, and is competent in all aspects of home sleep testing. Demonstrates organizational, computer, interpersonal and technical skills.

**Qualifications**

+ High school graduate or the equivalent.
+ Associate or higher degree program in polysomnographic technology preferred.
+ 5 years minimum experience as a Polysomnographic Technician or Technologist.
+ Authorized Polysomnographic Technologist licensed in New York State in good standing
