Role & Responsibilities Casework and Counselling - To implement professional tools and working templates to guide staff in case assessment - To monitor the team's compliance to professional processes (such as the use of tools and templates, adherence to practice policies) - To represent the Centre in its advocacy efforts for vulnerable families, with the aim of advocating for these families to have access to equal opportunities through collaborative practice with community partners- To establish documentation and platforms for knowledge dissemination of best practices within the cluster Groupwork and Community Work - To steer Centre's strategic initiatives relating to group work and community work for alignment to cluster's strategies Supervisory Duties - To teach/guide supervisors to guide their supervisees in their regular self-assessment of own competencies and interaction with others within different systems (Restorative function) - To assess staff capabilities, identify profession...
