Lead Software Engineer/Architect- ServiceNow

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

H&M Group is seeking a highly skilled and forward‑thinking ServiceNow Platform Owner  to provide end‑to‑end design leadership across our digital ecosystem. In this role, you will shape and govern the architecture for automation, integration, and platform engineering capabilities — with a particular focus on strengthening ServiceNow as a core enterprise platform , driving cross‑team collaboration, and uplifting our engineering foundations.

You will act as a technical leader , bringing a holistic understanding of H&M’s technical landscape and applying deep hands‑on expertise across DevOps, performance monitoring, scalable design, and multi-domain engineering , reflecting the expectations placed on H&M’s lead-level engineers.
