The HSE Lead Specialist (Drilling & Wells) reports to the HSSE Liaison Manager and responsible for:

• Planning, implementing, monitoring, and supporting all Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) matters within the assigned asset.
• Develop and maintain HSSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to support day-to-day operations onshore and offshore teams, as well as supporting functions, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate HSSE risks across the asset, working collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams to enhance risk awareness and cultivate a Human Performance Improvement as a generative HSSE culture.
