Based at Edgbaston Stadium, you'll work at the heart of an integrated high-performance environment, shaping physical development, injury prevention and return-to-play strategies while leading a small team of performance specialists. This is an opportunity to influence player development across domestic, international and franchise cricket and play a key role in driving performance success.
