About the Opportunity HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Lead Superintendent for a South Miami transit-oriented residential tower expected to demand strong schedule control, urban logistics, and disciplined coordination from structure through finishes and turnover.

Student-oriented housing experience is attractive but not mandatory if the candidate has delivered dense, amenity-rich vertical product successfully.
