Job Description
Network engineers at FactSet have a wide variety of responsibilities across the enterprise’s entire infrastructure. The role primarily consists of designing, automating, operating and troubleshooting FactSet’s various network systems, including but not limited to our WAN, LAN, SAN, WiFi, Load‑balancing, Internet Egress, DNS, AWS Cloud Networking, Network Automation and Market data environments.
This broad range of technologies, coupled with the nature of the position, often result in an engineer being required to quickly reacclimate themselves with a technology, become a subject‑matter expert in that domain, fix the problem/implement a solution and then move on to the next initiative.
