Duties and Responsibilities: Provides analytical and advisory traffic management services to NEXCOM divisions and field locations. Monitors carrier performance and recommends action to suspend or remove from service carriers that fail to perform satisfactorily. Coordinates the issuance and distribution of shipping instructions and routing guides. Conducts traffic management studies relating to transportation rates and services.
