We are part of the Cisco Hardware Engineering group, dedicated to developing next-generation technology and hardware products. The Engineering Product Compliance Team is an agile and diverse group working across all of the Core Hardware Engineering Product Lines. They lead compliance strategy, manage testing, handle certifications, and mitigate risks across the product lifecycle from design to launch.

We are seeking a self-motivated professional to lead the EMC, Safety, and the ODVT team, working closely with other Engineering and Manufacturing teams.As a Leader of the team, you will:
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of 10+ engineers on EMC design and testing, safety compliance, hardware regulatory compliance, and hardware validation (HEC/ODVT).
