GrizzlyTrek is hiring an Industrial Tank Cleaning Supervisor for projects throughout Western Canada. This full-time, seasonal position will place emphasis on safety leadership and team development.

In this pivotal role, you will supervise tank cleaning crews during shutdown phases, ensuring operations meet high safety and compliance standards. Candidates should possess significant experience and a strong commitment to mentoring team members, all while navigating demanding industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities: • Enforce safety policies during all operations • Supervise and coordinate cleanup crews effectively • Provide leadership and mentoring to crew members • Oversee equipment operations including pumps and centrifuges • Monitor confined space entry and HazMat procedures
