Responsibilities Demonstrate ABC's Core Values with our Guests and Team Members every day. Complete all training within the LIT program, targeting completion in 6 months or less. Follow training timelines and competency checklists to ensure progression. Attend all LIT training sessions and meetings as scheduled. Travel to other stores as planned by the District Manager or LIT Program Manager. Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations. Help ensure consistent visual and operational merchandising standards. Develop knowledge in inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising. Perform key management tasks such as opening/closing the store, cash control, and receiving shipments. Build supervisory skills including delegation, scheduling, training, performance management, and discipline. Attend mandatory company training and participate in off‐site or remote meetings.
