What are your contributions to the team?

• You will be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of 15 to 25 union employees on the day shift.
• You will assume all the human resources management responsibilities.
• You will coordinate quality support to the production teams.
• You will identify, do the documentation and standardize the key process to achieve the objectives and share the good practice of the organization.
