Overview of our role
The Leadership Development Partner role supports the development of leadership capability across the Group through the design, facilitation and continuous improvement of leadership and capability initiatives aligned to organisational priorities.
Operating within the Leadership and Organisation Development team, the role partners with business leaders, HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially relevant and scalable capability solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness, support behavioural change and enhance organisational performance.
The role contributes to the delivery of leadership programs, learning experiences and capability initiatives aligned to business needs..
