Job Description

Shape the future of financial empowerment at e4c as the FM HUB Team Lead. You will lead a dedicated team while supporting individuals in their journey towards financial stability.
In this key leadership position, reporting to the Director of Financial Empowerment, you’ll provide daily management for the FM HUB program. Supervision and mentorship of staff are critical, ensuring the delivery of person-centered, trauma-informed services. Your role is pivotal in fostering a supportive environment for both team members and participants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, guide, and coach FM HUB team members
• Coordinate staffing capacity and service delivery activities
• Oversee participant intake and eligibility assessments
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
