Leadership & Soft Skills Training Lead

YDC in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines is looking for a proactive Learning and Development Supervisor to oversee impactful training programs aimed at leadership and organizational growth. The successful candidate will lead training sessions, provide mentorship, and ensure effective application of skills in a workplace setting.

Qualified applicants should have at least one year of experience in L&D or Corporate Training, preferably in a BPO environment, along with a relevant degree or equivalent experience in BPO training.
