Main Tasks
Supervises launching performance and takes leading role for project transfer
Supports the CI process team for process improvements and quality improvements
Participates in the activities of project in RFQ phase, provides process data etc. information
Determines and develops the manufacturing concept including process layout (considering lessons learned from prototyping phases)
Specifies required machines, tools and fixtures respecting available standards
Defines required process schedule and personnel
Verifies and confirms manufacturing feasibility of product
Setup and update Standardized Work Chart
Conducts Process FMEA and contributes to Design FMEA
Checks available and required equipment and prepares capex request for required capital equipment and obtains approval
