Lean Transformation Engineer - Drive Savings & Process Excellence

Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an OpEx Engineer in San Juan del Río, Querétaro, to enhance Lean and Continuous Improvement capabilities. This role involves hands-on work with various departments driving impactful improvement projects and efficiency gains.

You will lead Kaizen events, coach teams on Lean methodologies, and manage savings portfolios. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 3–5 years of Lean Manufacturing experience are necessary.
