**Roles and Responsibilities:**

**The candidate will be involved in challenging projects with real business impact, main responsibilities will be focused on:**

**Support to answer technical inquiries from airlines, customer and CFM overhaul shops**

**Support activities related to field investigations of root cause identification and field problem resolution**

**Support to create changes of engine manuals and write Service Bulletins**

**General support to the LEAP Product Support Engineering team**
