We are hiring an Instructional Designer for a leading organization in the digital learning and higher education space.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–2 years in Instructional Design, eLearning, or Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs to design engaging online learning experiences.
• Develop instructional content using ADDIE, Backward Design, and Bloom‘s Taxonomy.
• Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content.
• Work with tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, H5P, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Support learner engagement and continuously improve course effectiveness.
