Job Description
What You'll be Doing :
- Coordinate and administer employee training programs, including scheduling, documentation, and training records.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support the annual training plan.
- Monitor training effectiveness, competency development, and mandatory training compliance.
- Prepare training reports and maintain employee learning records.
- Support employee development initiatives and continuous learning programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure effective training delivery.
What We are Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing company.
