Learning Development Officer

What You'll be Doing :

• Coordinate and administer employee training programs, including scheduling, documentation, and training records.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support the annual training plan.
• Monitor training effectiveness, competency development, and mandatory training compliance.
• Prepare training reports and maintain employee learning records.
• Support employee development initiatives and continuous learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure effective training delivery.

What We are Looking For :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a manufacturing company.
