Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Learning & Development programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop annual learning plans to support employee capability building.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, reporting, and continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain learning records, training budgets, and ensure compliance with UAE national development initiatives.
