LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST/ EAST LONDON – The successful Candidate will Design, develop, and deliver learning programs in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) while supporting change adoption within a dynamic project environment.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management, Education, Training & Development, or a related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Education.
• Accredited Facilitator certification (ETDP SETA).
• Prosci Change Management Certification or similar (advantageous for future growth).
• 4 years’ experience in L&D, including design and delivery of training programs.
• Exposure to project management environments and digital learning tools.
