Job Description

Responsibilities
- Design, coordination, and delivery of training programs.
- Coordination and monitoring of internal promotions, including competency-based interviews and development plans.
- Management and updating of learning content in our learning platforms (LMS).
- Processing and follow‑up of FUNDAE training subsidies.
- Management of training vendors and budgets.
- Localization of training materials.
- Delivering training sessions.
