Learning Facilitator

This incumbent will work closely with the class teachers and assist them in supporting various small groups of children at the learning centres. You will assist to facilitate children’s learning and develop positive learning dispositions through positive reinforcement, daily observation, and assessment of children under your care. It is a permanent part‑time position for the Yishun region.

• Deepen strong, trusting and respectful relationships with children through positive interactions
• Support children with learning needs via small group learning and apply principles of diversity and inclusion in interactions and implementation of activities for children
• Make adaptations to curriculum activities and learning materials to scaffold learning based on information gathered about children’s development through observation and documentation
