Reeson Education are working with a multi-site provision in Hampshire that caters to pupils who have been removed from mainstream school. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be there to assist pupils academically where need and encourage positive engagement within the classroom. You must be confident and be able to be a positive role model.

This role is only suitable for individuals who are interested in full time work during term time in Portsmouth as the pupils require consistency.

The job responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:

As a Learning Support Assistant you will work as part of the whole staff team in managing and modifying the behaviour of children and young people and supporting them in their learning.
