Learning Support Assistant - primary schools (Part Time)

Please note as this post is part time term time, your salary will be pro rata to hours and weeks worked. If you start out with the normal school session, an adjustment will be made to reduce your first pay. This is because you are not entitled to be paid for all holidays. Learning Assistants work collaboratively as a member of the school team or specialist educational service under the direction or supervision of the Head Teacher or designated manager, to promote effective learning, teaching, personal development, health and well being and an atmosphere of achievement. Learning Assistants provide support to teachers to facilitate effective and efficient use of resources in the promotion of teaching and learning and the raising of attainment in the classroom.
