TITLE: Learning Technology Administrator
DUTIES:
Responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS) and the Skillsoft Learning Experience Platform (LXP), supporting the global user population.Develop and maintain workflows for course enrollments, certifications, and completions in both platforms.Ensure a seamless learning experience for all users across our global regions by overseeing the technical aspects of the systems, resolving issues, and implementing improvements.Administer and configure the Docebo LMS and Skillsoft LXP, ensuring optimal system performance, user accessibility, and integration with other platforms (including HRIS, SSO, etc.).Generate and analyze regular system usage reports, learner progress, and completion data from both platforms.Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users across all regions re...
