Role Overview

This role is central to keeping occupancy rates high, tenants satisfied, and properties well-maintained. You will handle everything from leasing inquiries and lease renewals through to maintenance coordination and rent follow-up. Prior hands‑on experience working in US property management is essential — candidates without this background will not be considered.
