The role focuses on corporate and individual leasing, supporting revenue generation and occupancy targets while ensuring alignment with approved commercial strategies. This position plays a key role in managing leasing pipelines, supporting negotiations, developing client relationships, analyzing market trends and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient leasing operations.
