Leasing Executive - Retail Mall

Reports to the Centre Manager with specific responsibilities for the leasing, marketing, and lease management activities of the shopping mall, including implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy within the mall.

• Planning and implementing the tenancy mix in a retail mall.
• Involved in formulating, developing, and implementing marketing strategies.
• Plan, establish, and maintain good landlord‑tenant relationships.
• General administration of all lease documentation.
• Serve any contractual notice required in relation to tenancy expiration upon instruction by landlords.
• Assist with the delivery of possession to new tenants and arrange collection and refund of security deposits as mentioned under the Tenancy Agreement.
