About the Role
Our client is a well-established property management company based in Dubai. They are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking to take the next step in their career within a reputable and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end leasing process for residential properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and developers
- Oversee and manage a team of leasing consultants, providing guidance and support
- Ensure all leasing targets and KPIs are met consistently
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Dubai property market and rental trends
- Handle lease renewals, negotiations and contract management
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai tenancy laws
