Job Title: Leasing Division Head

A well-established, leading retail brand in South Africa is looking for a dynamic individual to head up the leasing division that is based in Gqeberha.

You must be a strong negotiator that is able to secure sustainable leases for the relevant franchised stores nationwide.

Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Relevant Bachelor's degree would be advantageous
3. Valid Drivers License with own car
4. Sound knowledge of leasing and lease agreements
5. Min 5 years experience in lease negotiations with high level landlords in SA

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all leasing functions, including reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements
2. Liaise with tenants in respect of negotiations and leasing concerns
