LEASING MANAGER

We are seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee and manage all leasing matters for the Company’s food court, coffee shop, and F&B operations. The role involves sourcing and evaluating suitable retail spaces, negotiating tenancy terms, managing landlord relationships, handling leasing documentation, and supporting the Company’s business expansion plans.

• Source and identify suitable locations for new food court, coffee shop, and F&B concepts.
• Conduct market research and site analysis, including footfall, surrounding competition, rental trends, and business potential.
• Liaise and negotiate with landlords, property agents, and mall management on lease terms, renewals, and tenancy matters.
• Review tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with lease terms and business requirements.
