The Role  
As a Dual Site Sales Specialist, you will lead the sales and leasing function at two of our 55+ Active Adult communities – Amberlin Pflugerville and Amberlin Georgetown.  Reporting to the Community Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to help us achieve our mission of building community.  
 
Hours
Please note: Tues-Saturday schedule 

What You’ll Do… 
+ Lead the marketing, leasing and sales strategies for two communities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by providing a high-quality prospect experience including qualifying and nurturing leads, impactful tours and thoughtful follow up
