Job Description
The Leasing Specialist is responsible for achieving leasing targets, managing lease transactions, and delivering excellent customer service to tenants, unit owners, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned leasing revenue and collection targets.
- Manage leasing for new and existing clients from inquiry to move-in.
- Market rental listings through open viewings, social media, virtual tours, and other strategies.
- Respond to inquiries, conduct property inspections, and facilitate lease negotiations.
- Coordinate lease applications, documentation, and execution of lease agreements.
- Manage broker relations, commissions, and network expansion.
- Handle VIP clients, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Safekeep property inventory and keys and attend required meetings and company activities.
