Leasing & Store Development Specialist

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Leasing Officer to oversee the leasing section and negotiate offer rates based on company requirements. The ideal candidate should hold at least a Bachelor's degree and have experience in a similar field.

Strong negotiation skills and fluent English are essential for this role. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based at the Head Office in Pasay City.

A competitive salary of 21,500 Php plus allowances based on experience is offered.
