Leave & Benefits Experience Specialist

Scotiabank is looking for a dedicated team member to manage employee leave data changes in Bogotá. You will ensure the accuracy of records and address escalated inquiries, working with various stakeholders and contributing to a customer-focused culture.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Business or Human Resources, a B1+ English level, and must be detail-oriented and a strong team player. Knowledge of benefits functions is a plus.
