Description of Work
The University of Nebraska College of Law seeks applications for multiple temporary, non-tenure track lecturer appointments in Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research (LAWR) for the 2026-2027 academic year.These positions are designed for practicing attorneys based in the region who are interested in teaching a section of LAWR while continuing their primary professional responsibilities. The role requires in-person teaching one day per week during both the fall and spring semesters and attendance at weekly team meetings via Zoom. Because of the program’s structure, applicants must be available for these standing commitments for the full academic year. Each lecturer will be assigned to one section of LAWR for the 2026-2027 academic year. Compensation is $7,000 per semester.
