# About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline, for example Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
2. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, PgCert in Academic Practice, or equivalent).
3. Significant experience of teaching relevant science or health subjects at Level 3, including courses preparing students for undergraduate study (e.g. Foundation programmes, A-levels, International Baccalaureate, BTEC or equivalent).
4. Experience of designing and delivering inclusive and engaging online or blended learning, including the use of virtual learning environments (e.g. Moodle) and live webinar platforms.
5. Experience of assessment design, marking and feedback, with a strong understanding of academic standards and quality assurance processes.
