The Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at SUNY Oneonta invites applications from individuals who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students to join us as a Lecturer. In this role, instructors primarily teach General Chemistry laboratory courses, with additional opportunities to teach in areas aligned with their expertise and interests. Our department currently has a cohesive group of nine full-time and a few part-time faculty members who serve approximately 60 majors and 240 students from other departments each semester.
