(What the role is) Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Academic Development) – School of Engineering (What you will be working on) Design, develop and deliver applied Statistics, Electronics, Design Thinking, Business Innovation, and/or entrepreneurship curricula to students. Work collaboratively in teams to foster culture of innovative and enterprising efforts among staff and develop entrepreneurship programmes to nurture entrepreneurial mindsets among learners. Lead and/or represent the school in committees such as in-reach, out-reach, academic operations and student development, as and when required. Identify and spearhead new opportunities, initiatives and collaborations within the polytechnic and/or with industry partners. Plan, lead, manage and undertake projects or co-developed training courses with internal and external stakeholders.
