Legal Accounting & Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Run semi-monthly and off-cycle payroll using Dayforce
- Ensure accurate pay, deductions, taxes, and employee records
- Handle garnishments, levies, and other court-ordered wage deductions
- Produce payroll reports for management
- Process accounts payable including vendor invoices and new vendor setup
- Reconcile expense reports and corporate credit cards
- Issue checks and handle trust-related payments
- Support month-end and year-end accounting close processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years in payroll and accounts payable
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred
- Strong confidentiality standards
- Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
