What you’ll do
Provide accurate and timely legal advice on commercial and contractual matters for Group Enterprise businesses.Draft and negotiate complex global contracts and legal documents with multinational companies.Identify and manage contractual risks in multi-country deals.Analyse and negotiate non-standard terms for strategic commercial projects.Develop standard legal documents and training materials.Drive improvements in contracting processes and define negotiation strategies.Deliver training to internal departments, especially sales, on contracting processes.Ensure compliance with...
