As a Legal Advisor your responsibilities are:

• Provide legal advice and support to the commercial banking operations.


• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.


• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.


• Advise on legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.


• Support the legal department in handling disputes and litigation.


• Monitor changes in financial services regulations and advise on their impact.


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal matters.

A successful Legal Advisor should have:
