Our SOE client is looking for a dynamic and driven Legal Advisor: Commercial to join our Legal Services Business Unit on a 6 Months FTC . Duties & Responsibilities Draft and review commercial contracts, legal opinions, and close-out reports. Conduct legal due diligence for innovation programmes and funding applications. Identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Support and mentor legal team members to ensure quality and compliance. Contribute to the development of legal frameworks, guidelines, and internal controls. Liaise with internal stakeholders and represent Legal Services on relevant committees.
