Legal and Corporate Governance Executive, Google China (Mandarin, English)

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years corporate secretarial, corporate legal or paralegal/legal specialist experience at a law firm, service provider or in-house legal department of a multi-national company.
+ Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support the clients in this market.
